Partner in God’s Kingdom work through GIVING

Send Network believes that Jesus’ global, redemptive Mission compels us to be generous.  Check out these resources below to learn how your church can partner through financial gifts.

GIVE

A COMMITMENT TO KINGDOM GENEROSITY

Send Network is a family of churches planting churches for everyone.  As we cooperate together to honor Christ and be about His Great Commission, Send Network is able to provide resources because of the generosity of millions of Southern Baptists in thousands of churches.  The church planting resources that we are able to provide come from that generosity.  As we church planting teams partner with Send Network, our goal is to instilled a Kingdom-minded and intentional generosity in these teams.

For that reason, we ask our church plants to make a commitment to mission giving by setting aside a tithe (10%) of their undesignated tithes & offerings.  Specifically, this can be expressed by:
6% to the Cooperative Program
4% to SBC Great Commission Causes (see examples below)

Cooperative Program

Cooperative Program Ministries supports SBC/Great Commission Baptist missionaries, education, and benevolent ministries in each state, across the nation, and throughout the world.  Learn more about the Cooperative Program by clicking here.
Most SBC churches in San Diego give to the Cooperative Program through the California Southern Baptist Convention (CSBC).  Learn more about the CSBC by clicking here.  This state Convention provides support, admin assistance, and resources to SBC churches in California.  Giving to the Cooperative Program through the CSBC allows some of your giving to stay in the state of California.

LOCAL CHURCH MULTIPLICATION

Church Multiplication

The mission of Send Network is, “Churches planting churches everywhere for everyone.”  We strongly affirm that this mission is really Jesus’ Mission, and He works through His people in His Church.  Everything we do is to empower and equip churches to discover, develop, and deploy missional teams and church planters, sending them out in step with the Holy Spirit’s leading.  While our churches give through the Cooperative Program and SBC Partner Mission Efforts, they also plan to give towards their own efforts in city engagement, disciplemaking, and church planting, leading towards multiplication, in their own context.  Contact your San Diego Send City Missionary to learn more about church multiplication.
