The purpose of this retreat is to gather Spanish-speaking pastors and leaders for a time of fellowship, prayer, inspiration, and vision. This event is co-sponsored by the San Diego Southern Baptist Association & Send Network. All Spanish-speaking pastors and leaders from the Southern Baptist Convention are invited.
El propósito de este retiro es reunir a los pastores y lideres de habla hispana para un tiempo de compañerismo, oración, inspiración y visión. Este evento está copatrocinado por la Asociación Bautista del Sur de San Diego & Send Network. Todos los pastores y lideres de habla hispana de la Convención Bautista del Sur están invitados.

Xavier Torrado
Associate Director- Send Network Puerto Rico
Xavier Torrado sirve como Director Asociado para Send Network Puerto Rico. En los pasados años ha estado dirigiendo la Residencia en Plantación de Iglesias para Puerto Rico. Ha servido como pastor por los pasados 13 años y actualmente sirve como pastor de la Iglesia Gracia Redentora, plantada en el 2016 en Vega Baja, PR. Recibió su Master in Divinity degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. Xavier y su esposa, Neysha, tienen dos hijas, Victoria Sofia y Anna Catalina. El disfruta de tiempo en familia, correr y la buena lectura.
Xavier Torrado serves as Associate Director for Send Network Puerto Rico. For the past several years he has been leading the Church Planting Residency in Puerto Rico. He has served as a pastor for the past 13 years and currently serves as pastor of Iglesia Gracia Redentora, planted in 2016 in Vega Baja, PR. He has a Master of Divinity, from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. Xavier and his wife, Neysha, have two daughters, Victoria Sofia and Anna Catalina. He enjoys family time, running, and a good reading.
